By accessing and using r2practice.com or K12 Safety (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Services.
The Services provide an ecosystem for schools and districts to enhance student safety, including but not limited to Emergency Operations Plans, Emergency Safety Plans, Emergency Health Plans, Student Safety Plans, and Behavioral Risk Assessments.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon, restrict, or inhibit any other person's use and enjoyment of the Services. Use of the Services in connection with student records is subject to applicable law, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
You are required to register for an account and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are responsible for the content you upload or enter into the Services. You warrant that you own or otherwise hold the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorize the use of your content as contemplated by these Terms.
The Services do not currently share your data with, or rely on, any third-party service providers. Should this change in the future, we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy accordingly.
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality, along with all related intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Research to Practice, Inc. and its licensors. Except as expressly stated, nothing in these Terms grants you a license to our intellectual property, and you agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, or publicly display materials available on the platform without authorization.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Research to Practice, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes as required by applicable law.

These Terms of Use supersede the terms previously published at k12safety.org/terms, for purposes of the shared r2practice.com core platform layer. TherapyLog is not yet integrated into this core layer and is not covered by this document.
